Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders after they are placed. Humble Queens items are custom made. Therefore, please be sure to check size, color, style, ect when placing your order.

Shipping policy

After you’ve placed an order, items are fulfilled and shipped within 5-7 days. Please allow 3-5 days for the delivery of your order.
UPDATE: March 2020 Due to Covid -19 Shipping times may be delayed beyond 10 days. Please allow up to 15 days for orders to arrive, although your order may still arrive within the 7-10 day window.
Please expect a slight delay of delivery in your order if, your order has been placed during a holiday and or site blowout sale.
Orders are shipped via USPS.
As a follow-up to you regarding your order, a tracking number will be emailed to you for delivery updates.
Humble Queens is not responsible for lost, mishandled or misplaced orders by USPS.

All items are custom made therefore, NO REFUNDS will be issued but we will offer an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order for online credit ONLY.
