Only manufacturers defects will be addressed. If you have used your machine at higher temperatures and caused a bubble(s) on your attachment, that’s a user defect and a new attachment is needed at the customer’s expense. If you used tumbler press incorrectly way caused spark to let the sleeve can’t work, hat’s a user defect and a new attachment is needed at the customer’s expense (The attachment is consumable, one attachment can do around 300 tumblers)
Photos and videos of the defects are required to process replacement parts for repairs and replacements NO EXCEPTIONS whatsoever.
